WODs

The workout is built around constantly varied functional movements, and combines cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, and gymnastics in as many ways as possible. While CrossFit serves many elite training programs, it is designed for universal scalability and is ideal for everyone from grandmothers to professional athletes.

55+ Semi-private group training

This Semi-private group class coached by the owner Dan Miller. He carefully selects scaled or modified movements to the specific needs of the individual. Most of our athletes are 60+ years in age, our aim is to move the body through the fullest range of motion possible. To improve joint and muscle function which will also help to increase bone density. We do this by motivating and keep a fun environment for everyone.
