Introduction to CrossFit
The best way to get started is to come on in! Call to schedule a specific time. When you arrive, be prepared to exercise. After you fill out a quick waiver and application, we will run you through some movements and light exercises to assess your athletic ability so that our coaching staff can tailor workouts to your level.

WODs

The workout is built around constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity, and combines cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, and gymnastics in as many ways as possible. While CrossFit serves many elite training programs, it is designed for universal scalability and is ideal for everyone from grandmothers to professional athletes.
