strict pull-ups (pick a # between 1-10?)

B. 6 rounds – maintain grip for the entire set
10 db reverse lunges / recommended 20/15 go heavier if you think you can?
10 hammer curls (static legs and no swing)
10 renegade rows (no push up)
10 thrusters (do not throw db’s)
rest 1 minute – athlete is responsible for clock mgmt?)
