Every 3 minutes perform the following:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
*Goal is to build in weight each set

Focus on touch n go and stay connected to the barbell till the split jerk is complete.

Finisher: Tabata one full round of each of the following exercises.
