0224: The Last Workout of 2012: Chip away for time

Workout times for Monday Jan. 31 9am and 10am only. We will be closed Jan. 1 and will be back to our 6am, 9am,12pm and 6pm starting Wed. 

Please note: Are own Heather Ford and Fox 5 will be doing a feature with Crossfit 2120 and the community starting at 5:15 am Wednesday morning (Jan 2nd). We will be running a series of short workouts though out the morning up until 8am. We know it is early but would greatly appreciate your participation so anyone willing to help out please show up at 5:15am!

A very special thank you to my Wife (Squirrel), Jim and Jo, my partner Sean, the coaching staff and of course YOU the community that makes this all possible. My vision to bring Crossfit to Del Mar was a dream that has become reality. We went from 1400 sq ft. to 2300 sq ft., garage doors and over 50 members strong. I am happy with the energy and commitment that has come from you but am I satisfied? No! There is still much more work to be done in the coming year and it starts with myself and the coaching staff. We will keep the throttle down in our pursuit to get better at Coaching, Programming and Motivating you, the client.
