Heather Ford needs out help!

[Hurricane Sandy haulted plans for more than 15,000 marathon runners that were trying to fly out to the NYC marathon this weekend. Many of them trained and fundraised for months, and that is the case for one of our members, Heather Ford. Heather is fundraising and running for the Challenged Athlete’s Foundation and even though the Hurricane canceled her flight to New York, she’s still dedicated to running her marathon this weekend. She’ll be putting in 26.2 miles in San Diego on Saturday November 3rd. Feel free to join her for the first 4 miles (or more), starting at Crossfit 2120 located at 2120 Jimmy Durante Blvd in Del Mar. Please show up at 8:45am. The miles will be dedicated to those on the east coast who have lost their lives, homes and belongings as a result of Hurricane Sandy.]
