Members: Friday night 6/22/12 will be our first Happy Hour Fridays. Please bring a friend or two in for the 6pm wod to experience our box get in a workout and have a refreshment after it’s over. Please make the effort to come in a few minutes early to take care of paperwork and get familiar with the setup. If you workout during the day  please feel free to come back around 7pm.
