Skill: 10 minutes – free stand HSH or kick to hold
on the wall.

STRENGTH: 10 TGU climbing (5 per side)

A. 100 push-ups (2120 quality)
Rest only on feet between breaks!

B. 20 Tempo pull ups 0 1 2 0
0- immediate pull thru contrentric phase
1- 1 sec pause with chin over bar
2 – 2 sec lowering thru eccentric phase
0 – no break at bottom of the pull up

If you are still on the band use the jumping pull up
and focus on the slow negative.

C. 50 overhead squats
BB , loaded BB or odd object
Sets of 5 or 10
