6 Sets of the Following Complex:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
*Goal is to build in weight each set

Each set you are focused to stay connected to the barbell all the way
through the split jerk. This workout is a great way to build barbell endurance
and grip strength. Post the load of your final set.
