1494: Happy New Year

IF anyone would like to come in Monday morning at 8am for some exercise I will be in to provide some movement.

CrossFit 2120 will back to normal schedule on Tuesday @ 5:15am. I hope you all had a productive time with family and loved ones over the holiday’s. Make yourself accountable to the 2120 community and show up 2 to 3 in the coming week to regain flow and consistency in your training. Create a good habit to the start of the year by putting in 16 training sessions for the month of January. This will create a habit that can continue throughout the coming year.

The Miller family would like to thank the member athletes and coaching staff for your support and effort in 2016. We look forward to delivering the best training experience in 2017 to bring out the very best in all of you.
